27	Disclosure of notes on financial results		n n2.tThe Company is engaged only in shipping business segment and there are no separate reportable segments as per Ind AS 108, 'Operating Segments'. n n3.tThe Board of Directors has declared a fourth interim dividend of Rs. 5.40 per share of Rs. 10/- each. n nFor the nine months period ended December 31, 2024, the Company had declared and paid three interim dividends totalling to Rs. 24.30 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. n nThe total interim dividends declared for the year ended March 31, 2025 aggregates to Rs. 29.70 per equity share. n n4.tDuring the quarter under review, the Company contracted to sell and delivered its 2011 built Supramax Dry Bulk Carrier named Jag Rishi. n n5.tThe figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of full financial year and the published year to date figures up to the third quarter, and there are no material adjustments made in the results of the quarter ended March 31, 2025 which pertains to earlier periods. These have been subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors. n n6.tThe above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee at their meeting held on May 08, 2025 and approved by the Board of Directors at their meetings held on May 09, 2025. The Statutory Auditors report does not have any qualifications.
