Disclosure of notes on financial results

Textual Information(1) 1. The Standalone Financial Results are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards ('Ind AS') notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, as amended. 2. The Board of Directors have declared an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 (Rupees Five and Paise Seventy Five only) per equity share of the face value of, 1 each for the financial year ending 31st March 2027. The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend is fixed as 4th November 2026. 3. The Company has commenced commercial production of Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion (VAE) on 17th September 2026 at its VAE manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat. The facility has an installed capacity of 1,50,000 tons per annum. 4. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of 'Paints and Decor'. There is no separate reportable segment as per Ind AS 108 - Operating Segments. 5. The Standalone Financial Results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee on 28th October 2026 and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29th October 2026. 6. The Standalone Statement of Cash Flows has been prepared under the Indirect Method as set out in the Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS 7) Statement of Cash Flows. Please note that the Basic and diluted Earnings per share are reported for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026 and are not annualised.
