Disclosure of notes on financial results

Textual Information(1) Notes to the unaudited Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026: 1. The unaudited Consolidated financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) - 34 “Interim Financial Reporting” notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“the Act”) read with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standard Rules), 2015 (as amended from time to time) and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (Listing Regulations). 2. The unaudited Consolidated financial results (‘the Statement) of Park Medi World Limited (‘the company’) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 were reviewed by the Audit committee on August 03, 2026 and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 03, 2026 in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and have been subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors of the company who have issued an unmodified opinion on the same. 3. The Company has launched a 350 bedded advanced multi-super specialty hospital at Panchkula on April 10, 2026. The Panchkula hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostics, modular operation theatres, critical care infrastructure, and will deliver comprehensive care across key specialties including oncology, neurosciences, orthopaedics, cardiology, and critical care including robotic-assisted procedures. 4. The Company has successfully acquired 80% shareholding of V3 Healthcare Private Limited on July 31, 2026 which operates a multi-super speciality Hospital in the name of “The Medicity Hospital - Rudrapur”, Uttaranchal having capacity of 330 beds. Remaining 20% will be acquired by April 30, 2030. Overall cost of acquisition is approx. Rs. 1,770 millions. Consequent to this acquisition, V3 Healthcare Private Limited has become a subsidiary of the Company. Further, the Hospital has been launched on August 2, 2026. 5. RGS Healthcare Limited, the step down subsidiary of the Company, has proposed the expansion of its Mohali unit from 350 beds to 500 beds. The overall cost of expansion will be approx. Rs. 400 millions which is proposed to be funded through internal accruals. Umkal Healthcare Private Limited , the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has proposed the expansion of its existing 225-beded Park Hospital in Palam Vihar, Gurugram, with addition of 100 new beds. The newly expanded facility will be branded as Park Hospital Platinum and the proposed capacity addition is to be completed by November 2026. Overall cost of additional beds will be approx. Rs. 250 millions which is proposed to be funded from internal accruals. 6. Park Medicenters and Institutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of “Heal plus Medical Services Private Limited” having CIN: U47721DC2026PTC471594, on May 20, 2026. The new subsidiary has not commenced business operations as of June 30, 2026, and hence has no financial impact on the consolidated results. 7. Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has divested its entire 55% shareholding in Devina Derma Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited, for a consideration of INR 0.60 million. The transaction was completed on 05th June 2026 and since then Devina Derma Private Limited ceased to be a subsidiary of Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited, and consequently, of the Company. This divestment has been undertaken by the company as a strategic management decision. 8. The Group's business activity primarily falls within a single reportable business segment namely Healthcare Service and operates primarily in India and accordingly does not have any additional disclosure to be made under Ind AS 108- Segment Reporting. The Group does not distinguish revenues, costs and expenses between segments in its internal reporting, and report costs and expenses by nature as a whole. The Board of Directors (Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM)) reviews the Consolidated Financial information when making decisions about allocating resources and assessing performance of the Group as a whole and hence, the Group has only one reportable segment. The Group operates and manages its business as a single segment mainly through the sale of healthcare services. The Group operates in one geographic segment namely within India and hence no separate information for geographic segment wise disclosure is required. 9. During the quarter ended June 30, 2026 the Company did not receive any investor complaint. No complaints were pending resolution as on June 30, 2026. The Company has adequate systems and processes in place to address investor grievances in a timely manner in compliance with Regulation 13 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015. 11. Previous period figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary to conform to current period classification and rounding off errors have been ignored. 12. The unaudited Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 are available on the Company's website at www.parkhospital.in and also on the website of BSE Limited at www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.nseindia.com, where the shares of the Company are listed.
