Disclosure of notes on financial results

Textual Information(1) EPS is not annualised for the quarter ended June 30 2026 March 31 2026 and June 30 2025. 1 The above consolidated results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 30 2026. The Statutory Auditors have conducted a limited review of these unaudited consolidated financial results and issued an unmodified review report thereon. 2 These consolidated financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards Ind AS prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act 2013 along with the relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015 as amended Listing Regulations. 3 Exceptional items includes Particulars Quarter ended Year ended Jun 30 2026 Mar 31 2026 Statutory impact of new Labour Code Nil 10 Pertains to the one-time impact arising from the implementation of the New Labour Codes effective November 21 2025. Based on actuarial valuation the Company had recognised the incremental employee benefit liability arising primarily due to the change in wage definition as an exceptional item considering the non recurring nature of the impact. 5 During the quarter ended June 30 2026 the Swiggy Employee Stock Option Trust has transferred 13947019 equity shares of INR 1 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options by employees under various Employee Stock Option Schemes. 6 During the year ended March 31 2026 the Company incorporated Swiggy Instamart Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiggy Networks Limited formerly known as Swiggy Networks Private Limited and Scootsy Logistics Private Limited a step-down subsidiary of the Company to facilitate the transfer of the Companys Instamart business by way of a slump sale on a going-concern basis. The transfer became effective on April 1 2026. 7 During the quarter ended December 31 2025 the Company completed the sale of its entire investment in Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited Rapido for a consideration of INR 2399 crore, pursuant to requisite Board and shareholder approvals. A gain of INR1350 crore was recognised in Other Comprehensive Income. 8 During the year ended March 31 2026 the Company allotted 266666663 equity shares of face value INR 1 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers QIB at an issue price of INR 375 per equity share including premium of INR 374 per equity share aggregating to INR 10000 crore pursuant to Qualified Institutions Placement QIP in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of lndia Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulations the SEBI ICDR Regulations. 9 During the year ended March 31 2026 the Group received INR 31 crore under its Employee Dishonesty Insurance Policy Crime policy against a claim of INR 33 crore in respect of an embezzlement incident reported during the financial year ended March 31 2024. The amount received has been recognised as Other Income in the Statement of Consolidated Financial Results. 10 During the quarter ended June 30 2026 Mr. Lakshmi Nandan Reddy Obul DIN: 06686145 Whole Time Director Head of Innovation and Mr. Roger Clark Rabalais DIN 07304038 Nominee Director resigned with effect from April 10 2026. Mr. Renan De Castro Alves Pinto DIN 03118947 was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Nominee Director with effect from April 11 2026. Further the shareholder resolutions for alteration of the Articles of Association did not receive the requisite majority. Accordingly the proposed appointments of Mr. Rahul Bothra DIN 08189873 and Mr. Phani Kishan Addepalli DIN 10074650 as Additional Directors proposed to be effective June 1 2026 did not take effect. Subsequent to the quarter ended June 30 2026 Mr. Amitesh Kumar Jha resigned as the Cheif Executive Officer Instamart and accordingly ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 28 2026. 11 The figures for the quarter ended March 31 2026 represent the difference between the audited annual consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31 2026 and the unaudited year to date consolidated financial results upto December 31 2025. 12 Amounts which are less than half a crore are appearing as 0. 13 The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2026 are also being made available on the Stock Exchange websites www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com and on the Companys website: www.swiggy.com.

Textual Information(2) 4 Segment information Operating segments are defined as components of an enterprise for which discrete financial information is available that is evaluated regularly by the Chief Operating Decision Maker CODM in deciding how to allocate resources and in assessing performance. The Groups chief operating decision maker is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The operating segments comprises of Food delivery offer on demand food delivery services through a network of restaurant partners and delivery partners which is available through mobile application and or website. Out of home consumption offers restaurant dining solutions that we provide through DineOut and access to curated outdoor events through Scenes. Quick commerce offer on demand grocery and a growing array of household items to users through Instamart. Supply chain and distribution offer comprehensive supply chain services to wholesalers retailers and fast moving consumer goods FMCGbrands leveraging our warehousing capabilities. We streamline the value chain and ensure reliable fast and cost effective order fulfilment for wholesalers retailers and FMCG companies. Platform Innovations consists of set of incubators for new service offerings to create more frequent and meaningful touchpoints for our users this segment includes business verticals such as Swiggy Minis Swiggy Sports Snacc Toing Crew etc.
