Textual Information(1) 1. The above Standalone financial results have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and taken on record in its meeting held on 18th May, 2026 and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 18th May, 2026. These Standalone financial results have been audited by Statutory Auditors as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. 2.The Company has two reportable segments i.e. Speciality Chemicals and Trading in Fruits and Vegetables. 3.The above audited standalone financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) notified under section 133 of Companies Act, 2013, read together with the companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015 (as amended). 4. Figures of corresponding previous year/period(s) have been regrouped /rearranged wherever necessary, to make them comparable. 5. The Government of India has notified the implementation of four new Labour Codes, effective from November 21, 2025, by consolidating and rationalizing 29 existing labour laws. The Company has made provision of Rs. 4.62 Lakhs due to impact of new Labour Codes. Once State Rules are notified by the Government on all aspects of the Codes, the Company will evaluate the impact, if any and would provide appropriate accounting effect basis, such development, as needed.
