Textual Information(1) 1 The above Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of Shera Energy Limited the company for the Quarter ended on 31st Dec 25 were reviewed and recommended by the Audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held on 14 Feb. 2026.
