Textual Information(1) i The above financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards Ind AS as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Companies Indian Accounting Standards Rules 2015 as amended and the other accounting principles generally accepted in India nii The said financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and on its recommendation approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 7th August 2025 The statutory auditors of the Company have expressed an unmodified opinion based on their limited review of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 niii On Standalone basis the Company has identified two reportable segments n i Enamelled Wires and Strips and n ii Copper Tubes and Pipes in accordance with Ind AS 108 Operating segments niv The figures for the quarter ended 31st March 2025 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the financial year which was subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors nv The above results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015 and will be available on the website of the Company wwwrrshramikcom and the Stock Exchanges i e BSE Limited wwwbseindiacom and National Stock Exchange of India Limited wwwnseindiacom nvi Figures for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 have been reacasted to give effect of Merger of Global Copper Private Limited erstwhile Subcidiary of the Company with and into the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgmation approved by the Honable NCLT vide order dated 29th May 2025 with appointed date being 1st April 2024 and other periods years figures have been regrouped reclassified wherever necessary to make them comparable with the figures of the current period year
