The Compamy has filed an appeal before the first Appellate Authority. The order will have no major impact on the financial, operation or other activities of the company.
3 Delhi GST Authority Issuance of Appellate Order 04-Feb-2025 The Company has received an Appellate order dated 27th January 2025 for the period April 2018 to March 2019 upholding the demand of Rs.0.7 million, levying interest and imposing penalty of Rs. 0.07 million mainly on account of input tax credit issues. The Company is in process of filing an appeal against the appellate order before the Tribunal. The order will have no major impact on the financial, operation or other activities of the company.
