The financial impact of the order would be limited to the extent of the demand raised and penalty levied thereunder. There is no impact on the operational, financial, or other activities of the Company on account of this order/assessment.
3 Office of the Superintendent, Central GST & Central Excise, Range -II A, Guwahati Assessment order bearing reference no. ZD181225025172R dated 30.12.2025, raising a total demand of Rs. 2.77 lakh, which includes a general penalty of Rs. 0.25 lakh. 30-Dec-2025 The Company has made a payment against the accepted demand, which inter alia included a penalty, amounting to Rs. 0.25 lakh, on account of excess ITC availed for FY 2021-22. The financial impact of the order would be limited to the extent of the demand raised and penalty levied thereunder. There is no impact on the operational, financial, or other activities of the Company on account of this order/assessment.

[Amount involved: Rs.9.36 crore.] No change. The matter is pending before the Appellate Authority.
6 Office of the Commercial Tax Officer, Jurisdiction-Chennai Central, Tamil Nadu 13-Mar-2026 The Company received an assessment order dated March 13, 2026 for FY 2019-20 raising demands on account of the alleged difference in input tax credit (ITC) and alleged short payment of tax on account of alleged turnover difference for the said period. [Amount involved: Rs.11.20 crore] The Company is in the process of filing an appeal before appropriate appellate authority against the said order.
