Details of Cyber security incidence

Whether as per Regulation 27(2)(ba) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 there has been cyber security incidents or breaches or loss of data or documents during the quarter Yes
Other details of cyber security incidence or breaches or loss of data event During the period under review, the Company was informed of a cybersecurity incident reported by one of its third-party service providers (Qapita Equity Tech Limited), which provides advisory and support services relating to the Companys ESOP scheme. Our own IT systems were not impacted in any manner as part of this incident. The service provider detected and promptly contained the incident and undertook a technical investigation with the assistance of independent cybersecurity and forensic specialists. The incident was reported by the service provider to the appropriate statutory authority (CERT-In) within the prescribed timelines. Based on the analysis completed to date, it has been identified that limited ESOP-related data and certain employee personal identification information (PII) pertaining to the Company may have been impacted. The data involved does not include any unpublished price sensitive information or confidential business information. The service provider has confirmed that its core software platform and systems remain secure and were not impacted by the incident. Accordingly, the incident has no material impact on the Companys operations, financial position, business continuity, or information systems.

21 Tanzania Revenue Authority 04-Sep-2025 During FY 2022–23, upon initiating the closure of Tanzania Branch and seeking a VAT refund, the Company was subjected to a TRA audit for 2019–2022, resulting in an initial demand of TZS 667.12 million. After objections and submissions, the demand was reduced to TZS 254.76 million by final determination dated Oct 25, 2024. Although the Company filed an appeal within time, the Tax Appeal Board dismissed it on technical grounds relating to limitation. Aggrieved, the Company has filed an appeal before the Tax Revenue Appeals Tribunal on September 04, 2025 Currently appeal filed is pending and yet to be listed for hearing.

23 Sao Paulo tax department (Brazil) 20-Dec-2021 Appeal filed by the Company against demand of 210,026 BRL levied upon rejecting the claim of setoff of excess payment of withholding taxes during the months of Mar and Apr 2013 towards payment of Cofins and CIT for Apr 2014. Administrative Court of Appeals has adjudicated the matter in favour of the company and remand back the matter to lower Administrative Court to re-examine the documents and allow the credit. 24 Nigeria tax authorities 16-Dec-2019 Letter of objection filed with the IRS contesting the demand raised in the matter of withholding taxes on salaries paid. Main issue being the Department considering two directors of the company as expat employees and demanding withholding tax on their estimated remuneration. Regular hearings are yet to be taken up
25 Deputy Commissioner of Taxes 21-Oct-2025 The Tax Department, vide assessment order dated 21 October 2025, has raised an income tax demand of BDT 370,293, primarily due to the disallowance of certain operating expenses and by incorrectly treating the entire amount deducted under section 52AA as minimum tax under section 82C, without considering that, as per sub-section (2)(b) of section 82C of the Income Tax Ordinance, only the incomes listed under serial numbers 1, 2, and 14 of section 52AA are eligible for such treatment, whereas the company’s income does not fall under any of those categories. The Company is in the process of filing an appeal before the Commissioner of Taxes (Appeals).
