Clarification by Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited

Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to state that there is no relevant information / announcement (including impeding announcement) under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/ volume behaviour in the scrip in the recent past".
