The media had reports that Viom Networks has offered
to acquire GTL Infrastructure Limited.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
company.
GTL Infrastructure Limited has vide its letter
inter-alia stated, “There are many aspirants who want to acquire our assets or
partner with us. Viom has not entered into any formal discussion with us and
hence the question of Rs. 7500 or Rs. 10500 crore being the offer value does
not arise. The fact that players like Viom continues to approach and show their
interest in GTL Infra is a tribute to the business that we have built. As and
when there will be any material development, we will keep you posted in the
matter. "

Substantial increase in trading volumes has been
observed in MphasiS Limited.
The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have
latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so
that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company has been
promptly disseminating information including price sensitive information on
timely basis, as and when it occurs, to ensure that investors have the latest
relevant information as required under the provisions of Listing Agreement.
Information/ announcement which in our opinion could have bearing on the price/
volume behavior in the scrip and which should be disseminated under the
provisions of Clause 36 of the listing Agreement has not been withheld from
being disclosed to the Stock Exchanges."

Market-wide Position Limit in GITANJALI
The derivative
contracts in the underlying GITANJALI have crossed 95% of the market-wide
position limit on July 29, 2011. It is hereby informed that all clients/
members shall trade in derivative contracts of
GITANJALI by offsetting their existing positions till the open interest
comes down to 80% of the market wide position limit.
