The media had reports that Lenovo group is in talks to buy stake in HCL Infosystems Limited.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

HCL Infosystems Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, “We are not aware of any such development about promoter intending to sell stake in the Company and as a Company policy we do not comment on market speculation."
