The media had reports that the company is planning to sell its stake in Sree Jayajothi Cements.

Shriram EPC Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company is in the early stages of discussion with Private Equity Investors in Shree Jayajothi Cements Limited and nothing beyond it as of now".
