The
National Stock Exchange of India Limited has expelled the trading member M/s.
GANGA YAMUNA FINVEST PRIVATE LIMITED (SEBI registration no. INB230769638/
INF230769638/ INE230769638) with effect from July 27, 2009 in terms of Chapter
IV of the Rules of the Exchange.
Consequently,
M/s. GANGA YAMUNA FINVEST PRIVATE LIMITED ceases to be a clearing member of
National Securities Clearing Corporation Ltd., with effect from July 27, 2009.
