News about IVRCL
Infrastructures & Projects Ltd.
The media had reports that IVRCL Infrastructures
& Projects Ltd. may divest up to 49% stake in BOT projects and may sell its
20% stake in Alkor Petroo.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd. has vide
its letter inter-alia stated, " The company has 4 BOT projects under
execution (which includes 3 Road projects) and also stake in Production Sharing
Contracts for 2 Exploration Blocks in Egypt and 3 blocks in Yemen along with
GSPC, through its subsidiary Alkor Petroo Limited, we however, deny the news
item regarding divestment of the stake."
