Clarification by TTK Prestige Limited
Substantial
increase in trading volumes has been observed in TTK Prestige Limited.
The
Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information
about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the
investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.
TTK
Prestige Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, " Pursuant to the
MOU signed with the Government of Gujarat for establishing manufacturing
facilities in Gujarat, the company is in process of expansion of its facilities
in Coimbatore and Uttarakhand. Pursuant to the decision taken to expand the
facilities including establishing new facilities in Gujarat, the company is in
the process of negotiation for acquisition of plant and machinery. The company
has identified plant and machinery in Italy and will be paying advance for the
same shortly."
