Recommencement of trading

The trading in equity
shares of JIK Industries Limited shall be recommenced on the Exchange pursuant
to scheme of capital reduction w.e.f. November 26, 2008. Trading shall be in
the Normal Market Segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all
investors.

The media had reports on November 22, 2008 that
Mr.Vijay Sheth may dilute his stake in the company.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Great Offshore Limited has vide its letter
inter-alia stated, "The Company hereby states that there is no change in
the promoter shareholding, as per Company's record since the last intimation
sent in this regard dated 24th October, 2008. In adherence to the Listing
guidelines the Company would continue to disclose any such changes."
