Clarification by Prime Focus Limited

Substantial increases in trading volumes have been observed in Prime Focus Limited.

The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Prime Focus Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We wish to confirm that no event that requires a disclosure under statutory obligations has transpired. As and when any obligation to make any disclosure on such development arises, we will for sure make appropriate disclosures. In the interim, we are unable to comment on speculation."
