Substantial increase in trading volume has been
observed in Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited in the recent past.
The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have
latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so
that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.
Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited has vide its
letter inter-alia stated," We wish to inform and
clarify that there are no announcement/information with us which has any

The media had reports that Tata Communications
Limited may sell its surplus land for approximately Rs.14300 crores.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market

company.
Tata Communications Limited has vide its letter
inter-alia stated, "The Company has not received any communication from
the GOI on the surplus land issue in the recent past. The reports about
demerger are speculative in nature. "
