News about Jai Corp Limited

The media had reports that Jai Corp Limited is in talks to sell a part of the stake in SEZ project.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Jai Corp Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company is presently not contemplating dilution of its stake in the Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone project as reported in the media."
