Recommencement of trading pursuant to
Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation - Provogue (India) Limited
The trading in equity shares of
Provogue (India) Limited shall be recommenced on the Exchange pursuant to
Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation w.e.f. March 26, 2012. Trading shall be
in the Normal Market Segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all
investors.
