The media had reports that “Tata Steel to buy Visa Steel ferro chrome unit. Deal valued at Rs 1000 crore."

Tata Steel Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, “that currently there has been no event that requires a disclosure under Clause 36 of the listing agreement.”
