The media had reports that IVRCL Infrastructure & Project Ltd may sell its entire 55% stake in Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

 

Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We would like to inform you that we do not have any information about the intended sale of entire 55% stake held by IVRCL in our Company and we strongly deny the source of this information.”

 

IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We categorically deny the news item regarding selling the stake of IVRCL in Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited."
