The media had reports that "Mainland China Owner Keen to Buy Stake in SK Restaurants."

Speciality Restaurants Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to inform you that the recent article titled 'Mainland China Owner Keen to Buy Stake in SK Restaurants' published in the Economic Times on May 19,2014 which indicates that the Company is in discussion with SK Restaurants to purchase stake in the said company, is inaccurate and incorrect to that extent. We would like to inform you that the Company has not been involved in any manner with respect to such discussions as implied by the ET Article. Please note that the ET Article highlights the fact that the Company was unavailable for comment."
