The
media had reports on February 16, 2007 that BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited
may bag a huge order from UAE.
The
Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information
reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of
the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
BSEL
Infrastructure Realty Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,
"Apart from the announcement already made by the company on February 06,
2007 about the agreement entered into by the wholly owned subsidiary of the
company - BSEL Infrastructure Realty FZE for acquisition of four plots located
on the main Emirates Road Ajman in Emirates City for developing the residential
towers, there is no other order from UAE."
