Proposed suspension of trading in the equity shares

The equity shares of DCM Financial Services Limited will be suspended from trading w.e.f. October 26, 2010 (i.e. closing hours of trading on October 25, 2010) until further notice on the Capital Market Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for non- compliance with certain provisions of the Listing Agreement.

Notice was sent to the above company seeking reasons for non- compliance with certain provisions of the listing agreement. The company has failed to respond satisfactorily to said notice of the Exchange. In view of this, the Exchange has decided to suspend trading in the equity shares of the said company w.e.f. October 26, 2010 (i.e. closing hours of trading on October 25, 2010) till further notice.
