Significant price movement has been observed in Tricom India Limited.

The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Tricom India Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to inform you that there is no significant change and major event has taken place in the company. Hence there is no price sensitive information to be shared with shareholders."
