The media had reports that Kamdhenu Ispat Limited may hive off paint business into separate unit.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

 

Kamdhenu Ispat Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We hereby inform that the said news is without substance. The Company does not have any plans to carry out any hive-off of its paints division in the current financial year. Further, the Company is not going to launch any FPO in the near future."
