Clarification by TIL Limited.
Substantial
increase in trading volumes has been observed in TIL Limited.
The
Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information
about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the
investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.
TIL
Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We wish to state that none
of the Promoters or employees of the company are involved in such unusual transactions.
We would further like to confirm that we have not suppressed any price
sensitive information, as envisaged under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement
with Stock Exchanges, which would have triggered this kind of effect."
