Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Tata Metaliks Limited.

The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Tata Metaliks Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "Except the reporting already made under Clause 36 of the listing agreement, there are no such other events occurred and private information that had bearing on the operation, profitability and share price of the Company."
