Market-wide Position
Limit in OMAXE, NAGARFERT, ARVINDMILL
& ADLABSFILM
The derivative
contracts in the underlying OMAXE, NAGARFERT, ARVINDMILL & ADLABSFILM have
crossed 95% of the market-wide position limit on October 15, 2007. It is hereby
informed that all clients/ members shall trade in derivative contracts of OMAXE, NAGARFERT, ARVINDMILL & ADLABSFILM by offsetting their existing
positions till the open interest comes down to 80% of the market wide position
limit.

News about Jindal Stainless Limited
The media had reports on October 13, 2007 that
Jindal Stainless Limited may invest $150
million on a chrome ore mine and a ferochrome plant in
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Jindal Stainless Limited has vide its letter
inter-alia stated,"The Company examines/pursues various opportunities in
different areas, from time to time on a continuing basis and it is not
practicable to comment upon every opportunity at every stage, unless finalized.
However, we will inform the Exchange as and when it is finalized."
