Clarification by Sujana Tower Limited

Significant price movement has been observed in Sujana Tower Limited.

The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Sujana Tower Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "At present, there is no specific event/announcement/price sensitive information in the Company, which is required to be disclosed with the Stock Exchanges as per the listing agreement and have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip."
