Clarification by Ess Dee Aluminium Limit

Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Ess Dee Aluminium Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We wish to inform you that as of now the Company does not have any information / announcement that have a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information in regard to the Company that led to the sudden spurt on the price behavior and volume of transactions of the Company's scrip."
