The media had reports that TVS Motor Company Limited may buy assets of LML Ltd.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

 

TVS Motor Company Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated;" We confirm that as on date our Company does not have any plans to buy assets of LML."

 

LML Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The news with regard to and or relating to our Company is not correct."

The derivative contracts in the underlying KFA have crossed 95% of the market-wide position limit on July 13, 2010.
