The media had reported that "Adani Enterprises wins order to supply coal to 7 NTPC Power Plants."

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Adani Enterprises Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"NTPC has not placed any order on the company in the current financial year i.e. on or after 01.04.2014. We have not withheld any information which may have led to movement in trading of the company shares."
