Significant price movement has been observed in Impex Ferro Tech Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Impex Ferro Tech Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The operation of the Company is going on normally and we not have any information/announcements which have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in the scrip."

News about Lakshmi Energy and Foods Limited

The media had reports in the article that "LOIL promoter says he doesn't owe NSEL".

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Lakshmi Energy and Foods Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "Three LOIL firms - LOIL Overseas Foods Ltd, LOIL Health Foods Ltd and LOIL Continental Foods Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as "promoter group companies"), have no outstanding liabilities but have claims against NSEL and is in the process of reconciling their accounts with respect to its transactions on the trading platform of NSEL and reserve its right to quantify such claims upon reconciliation. Without prejudice, it is stated that promoter group companies have complied with the concerned Bye-laws, Rules and the Contract specifications and has not committed any breach of any nature whatsoever. It may also be stated that the transactions were completed under the terms and conditions as laid down in the Trading-cum-clearing membership undertaking and undertaking for Internet based trading read with various circulars issued by the NSEL from time to time and post completion of transaction, the obligations in terms of the above said contract(s) ceased to exist. Our three group companies have already taken up the aforesaid matter with NSEL through their legal counsel vide which NSEL has been called upon to withdraw the derogatory communications, in absence of which, our group companies shall be compelled to initiate all such actions, civil and/or criminal, as may be legally advised and the same shall be entirely at NSEL's risk as to costs and consequences thereof."
