The media had reports that Prakash Industries Limited is in talks to buy Nova Iron & Steel.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

 

Prakash Industries Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We vehemently deny the information published in the media and the same is based on some market speculation. We would like to further confirm that the above information is totally baseless, false and misleading and should not be relied upon."
