Blackstone may acquire stake in Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd has vide its letter
inter-alia stated," As informed, the shareholders of the company accorded
their approval for raising capital through a QIP/GDR/FCCB Issue up to US $ 180
million which is yet to be placed in the market. However as of now there is no
approval from the Board and the Members for raising of equity through Private
Placement."

Company with RIL if it has significant impact on our business."
