Suspension of trading in the securities
of Asian Electronics Limited:
The equity shares of Asian Electronics Limited will be
suspended from trading w.e.f. August 22,
2012 (i.e. closing hours of trading on August 21, 2012) until further notice on the Capital Market
Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for non- compliance
with certain provisions of the Listing Agreement.
Notice was sent
to the above company seeking reasons for non- compliance with certain
provisions of the Listing Agreement. The company has failed to respond
satisfactorily to said notice of the Exchange. In view
of this, the Exchange has decided to suspend trading in the equity shares of
Asian Electronics Limited w.e.f. August
22, 2012 (i.e. closing hours of trading on August 21, 2012) till further notice.

Revocation of suspension of trading in the securities
of Premier Polyfilm Limited:
The Exchange
had earlier suspended the trading in the securities of Premier Polyfilm Limited on
account of non-compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement.
With the
Company satisfactorily meeting with the Listing Agreement requirements, the
Exchange has now decided to revoke the suspension of trading in the securities
of Premier Polyfilm Limited w.e.f. August 14, 2012.
