Limited is planning rights issue.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Global Vectra Helicorp Limited has vide its letter
inter-alia stated, "When asked about our expansion plan and funding
options by the media, we had clarified that there are various options of
funding and right issue is one of them. However, there are no firm plans on our
right issue by December, 2008."
