The media had reports "Mphasis In exploratory stages to sell domestic BPO Business".

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

MphasiS Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "Such information is not based on any disclosure made by the Company. We confirm that there has been no negotiation taking place on Sale of Domestic Business."

The media had reports "L&T in race to buy ABG Shipyard stake".

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

ABG Shipyard Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "a) No such negotiations were taking place. b) Company is not aware of any information that has to be announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading and that which is required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges as per Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement."
