News about Jai Corp Limited
The media had reports on January 06, 2007 that a
part of the group's property in south central Mumbai, currently held in
unlisted companies, may be transferred to Jai Corp Limited.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Jai Corp Limited has vide its letter inter-alia
stated, "We wish to state that the contents of the news item are imaginary
and speculative. The contents of the news item are not to our knowledge and are
denied by us."
