The media had reports that Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited may pick up around 20% stake in a UAE based pharma retail chain with operations in the CIS region for around $ 20-22 million.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

 

Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We ourselves have not yet finalized anything pertaining to these business plans. There is nothing in this article that can be attributed to Plethico other than the fact that our turnover and quarterly results have been reproduced by the media, all of which is in the public domain."
