95% of the market-wide position limit on September 07, 2007. It is hereby

go for an American acquisition with an deal size of over $ 20 - 25 million.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market

Prime Focus Limited has vide its letter inter-alia
stated, "We would like to inform that the Company has no such proposal at
