The media had reports that Blackstone Group is in discussion with the promoters of the company for
delisting option.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Gokaldas Exports Limited has vide its letter
inter-alia stated, "The news report is purely speculative. There are no
such discussions in the Board and no official of Gokaldas Exports Limited &
Blackstone have given any Press statements of this nature."
