Revocation of suspension of securities

 

The Exchange had earlier suspended the trading in equity shares of the following companies on account of non-compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement:

  • Autolite (India) Limited
  • Kitply Industries Ltd

 

With the companies satisfactorily meeting with the listing requirements, the Exchange has now decided to revoke the suspension of trading in the securities of the above companies w.e.f. November 10, 2008.

News about Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited

 

The media had reports State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) of Oman may pick a 24.5% stake in Ansal API's upcoming Township.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

 

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "There is no such proposal for our Megapolis Project. However, we have to inform you that negotiations are going on between the company and State General Reserve Fund, Ministry of Finance, Sultanate of Oman (SGRF) for their participation in one of the projects which is being executed by a subsidiary of the company. There is no proposal for SGRF participation in the Megapolis Project."
