The media had reports that "Company got an order from Renault Nissan to supply Air Conditioners.”

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Subros Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, “As part of diversification of our business we have already set-up a plant in Chennai to cater southern India based vehicle manufactures. All these details are already part of the disclosure in the Annual Reports. We have also received Nomination letter for supply of Compressors from M/s Renault Nissan in May ' 13 for their upcoming model (Entry level car) with Start of Production (SOP) w.e.f February 2015. This will be converted into a Rate Contract after Product approval by Customer. This is expected by Oct’14”

Market-wide Position Limit in IBREALEST

The derivative contracts in the underlying IBREALEST have crossed 95% of the market-wide position limit on June 06, 2014. It is hereby informed that all clients/ members shall trade in derivative contracts of IBREALEST by offsetting their existing positions till the open interest comes down to 80% of the market wide position limit.
