The media had reports that IT department is investigating some real estate deals carried out by the company.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

Jai Corp Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We may inform you that officials of the IT Department had visited our office premises and residence of our chairman and others on 5th March, 2009 and conducted a search operation."
