Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Voltamp Transformers Limited.

The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

Voltamp Transformers Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "That we do not have any important information / announcement to be shared pursuant to applicable provisions of the Listing Agreement and in our opinion and to the best of our knowledge, there are no material events / material information / material facts, etc. which are not in the public domain, that have a bearing on the price or volume behavior of the Company's scrip."
